From the beginning...
So yeah, you'll see, the story is rather long, we met the first bread in the torres zone, so without anticipate, first we will show you how was our first visit to what today is Bread. An old house in San Pedro which was to become a formal bakery, but not without several requirements.

The second stage was to create a concept and propose ideas basically, Bernardo and Alex wanted to keep the essence of the original bread which is offering a very good European style bread , and without being such a predilection in the colors try to incorporate the colors of the  French flag but in a very subtle way , the rustic bread is the most important to them or gives meaning to everything else so what they wanted was that the place reflect the character of their bread but to be honest, this is Monterrey and these are modern times so we had to incorporate some of that too and finally they knew that this place would be bigger but in its old premises they catered to each client personally and used to talk about their bread, you know how was made or things like that, so, somehow  they wanted the customer to feel that feeling of familiarity and contact with them even though it would be more difficult to achieve.

With all this in mind and a little more imagination on our part these are all the ideas that have worked .
