DIY Reutilizando un Mueble

En esta ocasión les quiero compartir un DIY del proyecto Depa Arzaray, este mueble ya estaba en el espacio y honestamente es tan feo que lo único que cruzo mi mente fue "A la Basura" se ve viejo y un poco descuidado pero gracias a la sugerencia de alguien decidí reutilizarlo y aquí les comparto como lo hice. 

Primero que nada permitanme presentarles a la estrella de este show es decir el mueble en su estado natural y como yo lo encontré. 

This time I would like to share with you this DIY from our Depa Arzaray project, this piece of furniture was already there when I started to work with this place and honestly the first thing that came to my mind was "To the garbage" it looks kind of old but thanks to someones suggestion I decided to re use it and here is the how I did it.

First of all I must show you to the start of this show wich is the furniture it self just as I found it.

And now the materials 

Lo primero que tenemos que hacer es pintar nuestro mueble de blanco pero mezclar un poco esta pintura con agua, revolver bien y comenzar a pintar, según el tono que estés buscando puedes dar una o varias pasadas, una vez que termines todo tu mueble con la lija para madera en un pequeño trozo comienza a raspar cada una de las vistas del mueble arrancando por completo la pintura de los bordes para dar un aire mas viejo. 

Por último coloca algún sellador y las nuevas jaladeras. 

First thing you need to do is to mix your paint with a little bit of water, stir well and start painting, according to the tone you're looking for you can give one or more passes, once you finish to paint all your furniture with a small piece of the sanding wood start barking each of the views of furniture and remove the paint completely tearing the edges to give an older air.

Finally put some sealant and new pull tabs.

Antes y Después

Bueno, como dije antes antes de mostrarles por fin el resultado final aquí hay unos cuantos antes y después de todo este proceso y unas cuantas imágenes del día que tomamos las fotos con la ayuda de Denisse Cueto.

Quiero compartirles este escritorio tipo recepción que diseñamos y fabricamos, no es increible como cambian las cosas con el color, texturas y materiales terminados???

I want to share with you this desk or reception better said that we nómada design and build, isn't amazing how the objects can change so much with the color and textures once finish??

Before/After...........

Hace unos dias llego Oscar a la oficina con ideas nuevas como siempre, pero esta vez queria unos bancos para la barra de su cocina, el en realidad traia otra cosa en mente pero como mucho pasa en esto del diseño, modificamos la idea original, la hicimos mas sencilla pero igual de chida, por lo tanto me di a la busqueda de un trio de banquitos de madera tradicional los cuales encontre en home depot y los mande pintar con este verde semi-fosfo intenso y voila!!!! Me encantaron la verdad quedaron super chidos y el carpintero se lucio con el acabado.

A couple of days ago Oscar (one of my clients) arrive at the office with new and crazy idea as usual (my kind of client) he wanted some benches for his kitchen, he wanted something else but as usual on this things we call design, we work with the original idea but we made it more simple but also cool, so I went to search some traditional wood benches that I ended up finding at home depot, and send them to paint in this incredible green.... and voila!!!! I looooove them honestly, really love the final result.
