Bebe Boheme

Recientemente terminamos este proyecto que es bastante cute y que ahora pueden ver en nuestro portafolio, Bebe Boheme es una marca mexicana de accesorios y ropa para niños, con una identidad divertida y juguetona que busca traer un estilo sofisticado, dandy y cool a los niños. Imaginando a un niño moderno pero con estilo que puede verse bien y jugar al mismo tiempo, esta identidad esta hecha con materiales sencillos y líneas simples pero juguetonas.

La marca tiene un poco de influencia francesa imaginando un estilo de vida en el que el niño de hoy en día esta en contacto con miles de lugares, gente y cosas y buscamos reflejar esto un poco en la marca. ¿ustedes que piensan?

Recently we finished this project and now you can see it in our portfolio, Bebe Boheme is a Mexican brand of accessories and clothing for boys, with a fun and playful identity that seeks to bring a sophisticated, dandy and cool style to the boys. Imagining a modern but stylish child who can look good and play at the same time, this identity is made with simple materials and simple but playful lines.

The brand has a bit of French influence imagining a lifestyle in which the modern child is in contact with thousands of places, people and things and we seek to reflect this a little on the brand. What do you think?

El Cuarto de una Bebé

Seguimos con el progreso de este cuarto, obviamente como vieron en el último post recién avanzamos con el muro y nuestro "Tapiz DIY" también adquirimos unas cuantas sabanas de bebé muy cute, finalmente nuestro sillón quedo tapizado y llegaron nuestras repisas para libros, poco a poco progresamos mas y mas, también encontramos algunos detalles mas para complementar nuestra pared sobre la cajonera. ¿Qué piensas de nuestro avance? 

We continue with the progress of this room, obviously as we saw in the last post we just finished our walls with our "DIY Wallpaper" we also acquired a few very cute baby sheets, and finally! our chair was upholstered and also our book shelves arrived, little by little everything progress more and more, we also find some more details to complement our wall above the chest of drawers. What do you think of our progress so far?

Papel Tapiz DIY

Como ustedes saben estamos trabajando en este cuarto de bebé y quería acentuar un par de muros con algo tipo tapiz, aveces por presupuesto tenemos que hacer algunos ajustes y poner prioridades pero aun así queremos lograr cierto estilo, por lo mismo se me ocurrió crear mi propio tapiz, lo ideal para que esto funcione es buscar algo con formas sencillas, para que no sea demasiado intricado y complicado de realizar y realmente podamos lograr un buen resultado. 

Mi inspiración fue este tapiz de la marca Cole & Son y el modelo que se llama whimsical stars. 

As you know we are working in this nursery and I wanted to accentuate a couple of walls with something like a wallpaper but sometimes the budget it's tight and we have to make some adjustments and prioritize but still want to achieve a certain style so for the same reason I thought of creating my own wallpaper , the ideal for this is to work with simple forms, so that it's not too intricate and complicated to perform and we can really achieve a good result.

My inspiration was this wallpaper from the Cole & Son brand and their model called whimsical stars.

Entonces lo primero que hice fue elegir el color de muro y en este caso me fui por un tono lila bastante neutral, siento que logra ser llamativo sin ser chillante. Así que pintamos los muros seleccionados. 

So the first thing I did was to choose the color of the wall and in this case I went for a cute neutral lilac tone, I feel that it manages to be striking without being too much. So we painted the walls that we selected.

Después hicimos unas estrellas en vinil dorado que en realidad puede ser cualquier forma de tu elección y comenzamos a distribuirlas por el muro de manera irregular pero tratando de seguir el patrón del tapiz que usamos como ejemplo. 

Then we made some stars in golden vinyl that can actually be any shape of your choice and we started distributing them by the wall in an irregular way but trying to follow the pattern of the wallpaper that we used as an inspiration.

Y este es el resultado final de nuestro muro y seguimos en el proceso de transformación del resto del cuarto. 

And here it is the final result of our wall and we still are in the process of change with this room.

El cuarto de una Bebé

Con el piso puesto nuestro siguiente paso es la pintura, en realidad no queremos pintar toda la habitación, únicamente 2 muros y el resto dejarlo blanco, elegimos un tomo violeta grisáceo que no se si se alcanza a apreciar muy bien en las fotos pero prometo tomar unas mejores para que se aprecie más. 

With the floor installed, our next step is the painting, we do not really wanted to paint the entire room, only 2 walls and the rest leave it white, we chose a grayish violet so pretty! that I do not know if it can be appreciated very well in the photos but I promise to take some more and better so that you can appreciate it more.

Ya estando en el tema de la pintura aprovechamos para reciclar una lámpara vieja y existente, la pintamos toda de blanco con aerosol y sustituimos la pantalla por una de pottery barn kids super sencilla y super linda.

As I´m already talking about painting we decided to recycle an old and existing lamp, we painted it all of white with some spray paint and we replaced the screen by one of pottery barn kids super simple and super cute.

El cuarto de una Bebé

Ahora toca el momento de compartirles el desarrollo de este proyecto y como ya es habitual este es el inicio, así es como encontramos el cuarto actualmente y la idea es transformarlo en un cuarto para bebé niña, aunque ademas debe funcionar como cuarto de visitas, lo cual puede ser un reto porque no tenemos mucho espacio pero haremos lo que se pueda. 

Les comparto a ver estas primeras imágenes y seguir poco a poco el desarrollo de esta habitación. 

Now is time to share with you the development of this new project and as usual first of all, this is the space as it actually is and the idea is to become this into a nursery for a baby girl but also must be functional as a guest bedroom, I know is going to be hard because we don't have that much of a space but will see. 

I share with you these firsts images and to se little by little the transformation of this project.
