Alexander McQueen, simplemente soy fan de todo lo que McQueen hizo en vida, su demencia a la hora de diseñar, me parecía taaan única y para mi era un genio, desde sus desfiles hasta los accesorios mas sencillos (amo sus clutch) pasando por sus colecciones pret a porter y resort, cuando falleció la gente se preguntaba que sucedería con su marca, y la respuesta fue Sara Burton. Recién salió la ultima colección Resort 2012 y es absolutamente hermosa y fantástica, creo que Burton respeto a McQueen colocando a su vez un poco de ella para mi el resultado es genial, se los comparto.
Alexander McQueen, I'm such a big fan of everything that McQueen did in life, his madness in his design, I found it so unique, for me he was a genius, from the runway shows to his accesories line (love the Mcqueen clutches by the way) going trough his collections ready to wear and resort lines, when he passed away people was wondering what would happen with his brand?? the answer: Sara Burton. Recently was release the new Resort collection 2012 and it's absolutely beautiful and fantastic, I belive that Burton has respected McQueen style but putting at the same time something of her own style, the result it's genius for me.
