Objet du désir

Bueno, como ustedes ya lo saben, ya sea porque se los platique por aquí o simplemente porque es un poco obvio, tanto en mis posts como en mi trabajo, una de mis mayores debilidades son los objetos y entre esos objetos hay un sentimiento particularmente fuerte hacia las lámparas, obviamente hablo de lindas y hermosas lámparas no únicamente el foco saliendo del techo y bueno, las lámparas para mi son como la joyería, es ese articulo que termina de vestir todo y que podrías incluso intentar gastar un poco mas de dinero de lo pensado en tu presupuesto inicial. 

Mi nueva obsesión desde hace un tiempo y objeto del deseo es esta lámpara llamada Oda para Pulpo y diseñada por Sebastian Herkner de quien ya les hable en otra ocasión con otro producto támbien de cristal pero en aquella ocasión hablábamos de mesas, bueno x, aquí les comparto las bellas versiones de Oda. 

Well, as you well know, because I already mention it here before or because is kind of obvious through my posts and through my work that one of my biggest weaknesses are the objects and between this objects, the lighting objects are one of the most fabulous thing ever for me, and I'm talking about beautiful lighting not just the bulb coming out of the ceiling, well anyway for me is like jewelry, something beautiful that can change the feeling of a space and with this in mind you could and should spend a little more money when it comes to the lighting.

Mi newest obsession is this objet du désire this beautiful lamp called Oda for Pulpo and designed by Sebastian Herkner wich I already mention before for another objet du désir, anyway here are the beautiful versions of Oda.

Como yogui practicante y una object lover empedernida me encanta ver objetos distintos que pueden hacer la práctica divertida y que me permitan imprimirle mi estilo, es por eso que encuentro geniales estos yoga mat que Anthropologie ha creado, con estampados y colores distintos. 

As a yogi myself and a object lover, I'm always looking for objects that can make my practice fun and allow me to infuse my style, that's why I find these great yoga mat that Anthropologie has created so fantastic, with different prints and colors.

Asombroso es lo único que se me ocurre al ver el trabajo de la artista Carolina Fontoura Alzaga y su increíble visión de las cosas por favor vean este video sobre su proceso al hacer estas piezas únicas mas que por el objeto en si, por el contenido que hay detrás.

Mirror, mirror in that Wolf......

Soy una adicta al arte (si existe tal cosa) o a lo único y diferente, me encontré estas esculturas del artista Arran Gregory y simplemente me encantaron!! es decir podría ver una pieza de estas todo el día jajaja (claro que tengo otras cosas que hacer, pero simplemente imaginen que tanto me gusto). 

I am a total addicted to art (if such thing exists) or to whatever is unique and different, I found this sculptures from the artist Arran Gregory and of course I love them!!! I mean I could see one of these pieces all day long haha (but of course I have a lot of things to do, but just imagine how much I like them)

Nick Gentry.....

Nick Gentry es un artista ingles que trabaja sobre los floppy disk que todos soliamos usar en algun momento dado y que ahora estan simplemente obsoletos, no se la idea me parece muy atractiva por eso se las comparto, interesante no?? para mi la idea de trabajar sobre objetos reales y re-utilizarlos me resulta muy atractiva yo misma busco estas tecnicas constantemente y verlas siempre me produce algo, no puedo apartar mi vista, me encanta!!!

Nick Gentry is an artist from London who is known for work over a bunch of floppy disks, remember them?? we use to use them for everything and now they are quite forgotten, I don't know the whole idea looks very atractive to me, that's why I want to share it with you, interesting isn't?? for me the idea of working with real objects like this and re use them turns out to be very attractive is something that I'm constantly looking so when I see them... like in this case I just can't take my eyes of it, I just love it!!!
