Sex Shop

Así lo es, nuestro mas nuevo, reciente y flamante cliente es una Sex Shop aquí en la ciudad de Monterrey y ya que vamos cerrando algunos trabajos terminados es hora de compartirles lo nuevo que va llegando, la verdad estamos emocionadas con este proyecto porque no es un cliente muy usual que digamos (digo esto mientras les guiño el ojo) y por lo mismo muchas ideas llegan, ideas que pronto podrán ver pero por ahora los dejo solo con la tienda actual que como ustedes podrán ver le falta mucho trabajo y para eso estamos nosotras. 

Yeap, that's right, our newest client is a Sex shop here in Monterrey and as we are closing some projects it's time to show you the new ones, right? We are actually very excited about this project because let's be honest, is not usual at all!! so we have a lot of ideas that soon you'll be able to see but for now is just the store as it is right now.

Grand Cru

En el proyecto de Grand Cru una vez que ya vieron el lugar tal y como estaba pues lo que sigue es al igual que siempre ¡¡Limpieza!! y una muy urgente, así que a remover todo. 

At the Grand Cru project once you already saw the place as it is now is as usual the Cleaning Step!! so here we go!

AC & Andrés Kitchen

Este proyecto lo hicimos hace un año, pero no teníamos esta modalidad de ir publicando el progreso de nuestros proyectos conforme los íbamos armando como hacemos ahora, así que decidí al igual que en otras ocasiones comenzar a compartirles el proceso de transformación de la cocina de Anne-Claire & Andrés, aquí el mayor reto era que la cocina/lavandería era muy pequeña y necesitaba muchas cosas, así que tuvimos que buscar soluciones para ampliar y aprovechar el espacio y en cuanto al estilo Anne-Claire & Andrés son una pareja muy moderna al igual que el estilo de todo su depa y solo seguimos esta linea. 

Antes que cualquier cosa les compartiré el estado en que estaba la cocina cuando la vimos por primera vez. 

This was a project we made a year ago but back then we didn't have this thing of sharing the progress of our projects almost in real life, so I decided to share this transformation of the Anne.Claire & Andrés kitchen now and step by step, here the biggest challenge was that this is a kitchen and a laundry area and it was quite small and it needed a lot of things to be functional, we needed space! in terms of style Anne-Claire and Andrés are a very modern couple and so it is their apartment so, we just follow the same line. 

Before anything I want to share with you is the before.

Nuevo Nómada

Este lugar ya se ve mas habitable, finalmente muy pronto comenzara a tener sentido todo el desorden que en los últimos post han estado viendo, nosotros no sentimos mas que ¡pura emoción!. 

This place finally looks like someone can actually live there, soon everything will make sense, I know that in the last post everything has just been chaos, we just feel excited. 

Depa Levant

Les comparto nuestro progreso hasta ahora en este depa en el que la recta final se acerca.

Nuevo Nómada

Progresa y avanza, los muros cada vez se ven mas limpios y mas blancos y nuestra nueva puerta progresa. 

At our new office everything moves forward a little bit slow but it moves! the walls are whiter and our new door is almost ready.

Depa Arzaray

En esta ocasión cambiare un poco la dinámica del blog, verán ustedes, como quizás ya saben o se imaginan soy diseñadora de interiores y tengo un despacho de diseño llamado nómada junto con mis hermanas en donde hacemos trabajos de diseño interior (yo) y diseño gráfico (ellas) el punto es que en este momento traemos 3 remodelaciones digamos grandes, dos departamentos y uno mas personal que es nuestra nueva oficina (este sería el mas extremos de los 3 proyectos) y me gustaría entre los posts intercalar los avances de los 3 proyectos ya que los avances se dan poco a poco pero son muy interesantes y emocionantes, ustedes podrán identificar cada proyecto por el titulo del post, el primero este que comparto el día de hoy es uno de los departamentos y lo llamaremos Depa Arzaray. 

Comenzando hoy con el Depa Arzaray les comparto el estado original de este departamento, así como lo encontramos digamos, cambiaremos ¡todo! y poco a poco juntos podremos ver la transformación. 

This time I will change a little bit the dynamic of the blog, as you may already know or imagine I am an interior designer from Monterrey, México and I have a design studio called Nómada (nomad)  with my sisters where we do works of interior design (me) and graphic design (them) the point is that at this time we are working in three major renovations, two aparments and one more personal wich is our new office (this would be the most extreme of the 3 projects) and we would like between the regular posts share with you the progress of the 3 renovations as they progress slowly but  we think the transformation will be very interesting and exciting, you can identify each project by the title of the post, the first that I share today is one of the apartments and we are going to call it  Depa Arzaray.

Starting today with the Depa Arzaray I share the original state of this apartment, as we find it, will change everything! and gradually together we'll see the transformation.
